Preliminary
design involve on site inspection of your project and a discussion of
your needs.
The Computer Generated drawings convert
your 'Dream Project' concepts into hard line representations.
This is a back and forth process as we are refining each step of the
way.
Most of the
preliminary design concepts can be reviewed at your home.
On site walk through speed the Design Development
process by physically showing you
both the changes and options that are available.

Working
drawings are the nuts and bolts of your 'Dream Project'.
These drawings are used for everything from bidding and estimating
project cost
to obtaining Building Permits from your
local community.
These documents are similar to a 'Contract'
that allows you to point out discrepancies and
any changes when dealing with the contractor involved.
I consider my working drawings to be a representation of the knowledge I
have gained over the years and
expect that they NOT be passed on to others.
Each job is not only Specific to the Structure
involved but also to your individually desires ...
I work very hard to make YOU happy with YOUR project, not others.

Deck in Brookfield and a Restoration of a 1876
Log Cabin in Watertown.
